You’ve found our old homepage. As proud as we are of it, we have changed our name as part of our development. The name change was needed because we came to a point where we look at communication with new eyes. Our new name stems from the two communication branches that have been our focus ever since we started back in 2009: B2B and Employer Branding.
The name we have chosen, Business & People, clearly signals an increased focus on the synergies between our two areas of expertise.
By changing our name, we want to show how closely related B2B and Employer Branding are. And how important it is for the two to be aligned to build an organization’s brand for real.
Today, it is impossible to create relevant communication for your business if you do not understand the people that are involved. Equally true is the fact that you cannot create relevant communication towards future and existing employees if you do not understand the business. People make business with other people. It’s as simple as that. And that’s why your company culture is increasingly important to capture and portray.
In this new landscape, we at Business & People focus on creating partnerships with others to bridge competence gaps. To name but a few, we collaborate closely with Little Shop of Digital, specializing in digital analyses, and Danji, who focus on customer’s drivers and experiences.
And we’re extremely proud to have a strong year behind us, with new customers such as Tobii, Holmen, the ICA Group and the upstart company Telia Infra, who are responsible for Telias wholesale business in Sweden.
